Up to $20m for your business, with one fixed fee and no personal guarantee.
Why choose Wayflyer?
OnDeck is an established US online lender. Here is where Wayflyer differs, so you can decide which provider is the better fit for your business.
OnDeck figures from ondeck.com. Checked October 28, 2026.
Is Wayflyer a good alternative to OnDeck?
Yes, if you want financing sized on how your business trades rather than your personal credit score. Both get money into your bank account within days, but OnDeck quotes interest as APR, averaging 53.2% on term loans and 59.8% on lines of credit for loans originated in the half-year to June 30, 2026. You’ll also need a minimum personal FICO score of 625, and term loans are backed by a general lien on your business assets plus a personal guarantee.
Wayflyer prices every offer as a fixed fee, agreed upfront, so you know the total cost before you sign anything. We run a soft credit check, we don’t take equity and we never ask for a personal guarantee. Better yet, your financing is always on: tailored offers from $5,000 to $20m are ready whenever you need them, and the amount you can access grows as your business does. OnDeck could be the better fit if you want a revolving line of credit or same-day transfer on a term loan, but if you want a known cost from day 1 and financing that scales with you, that’s what Wayflyer was built for.

Wayflyer vs OnDeck: frequently asked questions
It depends on what you need. Wayflyer is the better fit if you want one fixed fee instead of an APR, no personal guarantee, an offer based on your business's trading rather than a 625 minimum credit score, or more than $400,000. OnDeck is the better fit if you want a revolving line of credit, or same-day funding on a term loan (available on weekdays before 10:30 a.m. ET, otherwise funds arrive in 2-3 business days). Wayflyer offers $5,000 to $20m, sized on your trading data, with funds in your bank account in as little as 24 hours.
The main difference is how each prices and repays financing. OnDeck offers term loans of $5,000 to $400,000 (up to 24 months, repaid on a daily or weekly schedule) and lines of credit of $6,000 to $200,000, priced as interest quoted in APR with an origination fee of 0% to 4% on term loans. Wayflyer prices each offer as one fixed fee agreed upfront, based on your trading data, and you repay either a percentage of revenue or a fixed amount. Funds go straight to your bank account with both.
On its term loans, yes. OnDeck's FAQ says term loans are "backed by a personal guarantee", and OnDeck says they are "secured with a general lien on business assets", although it doesn't require any specific collateral and doesn't take guarantors' personal assets as collateral. Its line of credit is unsecured, and OnDeck's pages don't say whether a guarantee applies to it. Wayflyer doesn't ask for a personal guarantee, and we never take equity. Whichever lender you choose, read the guarantee and security terms in your offer before you sign.
To apply to OnDeck you need at least 1 year in business, $100,000 in annual revenue, a business checking account and a personal FICO score of 625 or higher. OnDeck runs a soft credit check to see if you're eligible, so checking won't affect your score. It offers term loans of $5,000 to $400,000 (the top tier is for select customers with strong credit profiles and verified revenue) and lines of credit of $6,000 to $200,000. Wayflyer also runs a soft credit check and offers $5,000 to $20m, sized on your actual sales performance.
OnDeck quotes cost as APR. For loans originated in the half-year to June 30, 2026, its average was 53.2% on term loans and 59.8% on lines of credit, varying with creditworthiness, plus an origination fee of up to 4% on term loans (up to $2,000 on a $50,000 loan). Wayflyer charges one fixed fee, so there's no APR to compare directly. Compare offers on total repayment in dollars, the cash you receive after fees, and how often payments are taken, for the same amount and timeframe. With Wayflyer, the total cost is known upfront and doesn't change if you repay early.
Yes. OnDeck is an established US online lender: it says it has funded 185K+ businesses and delivered over $25 billion since 2006, reports an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and is part of the publicly traded Enova International. Being legitimate isn't the same as being the best fit, though. Its term loans carry a personal guarantee and a general lien, and its average APRs were 53.2% and 59.8% in the half-year to June 30, 2026, so compare its offer with others on total repayment before you sign.
