    Wayflyer Intelligence Terms of Use

    These Wayflyer Intelligence Terms of Use (“Terms”) supplement the Wayflyer Platform Terms of Business ("Platform Terms") and are incorporated into them by reference. Capitalised terms used but not defined in these Terms have the meanings given to them in the Platform Terms.

    1. Scope & Access

    1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of Wayflyer Intelligence, an AI-assisted insights and analytics product made available by Wayflyer to eligible Customers. Wayflyer Intelligence surfaces insights and responses generated by a large language model using data you have already connected to the Platform. It draws on the same underlying data used to power the Insights Services available through your Customer account.

    1.2 Acceptance of an invitation and subsequent usage of Wayflyer Intelligence constitutes your agreement to these Terms.

    1.3 Access to the Agent is granted on an invite-only, pilot basis at Wayflyer's sole discretion. Usage of Wayflyer Intelligence does not create any entitlement to continued access to Wayflyer Intelligence or to any future version of it. Wayflyer may withdraw, suspend or expand access at any time without notice.

    2. Usage Limits and Charges

    2.1 Wayflyer Intelligence is currently provided free of charge, subject to a monthly usage cap (“Monthly Cap”). Wayflyer reserves the right to introduce fees for future access upon reasonable notice to you.

    2.2 Wayflyer may suspend your access to Wayflyer Intelligence if you reach the Monthly Cap, until the following monthly period begins.

    2.3 Wayflyer may, at its discretion, increase the Monthly Cap for your account where appropriate based on usage or feedback.

    2.4 Wayflyer reserves the right to introduce charges for Wayflyer Intelligence in the future. We will provide reasonable notice before any charges apply.

    3. Disclaimers

    3.1 Wayflyer Intelligence is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis as an early-stage pilot product. Wayflyer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Agent, including as to its accuracy, fitness for purpose, or availability.

    3.2 Outputs generated by Wayflyer Intelligence (“Outputs”) are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and independently verifying any Wayflyer Intelligence Output before acting on it. You must not rely on Wayflyer Intelligence Outputs as professional, financial, tax or legal advice.

    4. Your Data

    4.1 In using Wayflyer Intelligence, you may submit data or content as inputs ("Inputs"). You are responsible for ensuring your Inputs do not contain any data you are not permitted to share with Wayflyer or its sub-processors.

    4.2 Your data will not be used to train third-party AI models. Processing of your data in connection with Wayflyer Intelligence will be carried out in accordance with Wayflyer's Privacy Notice and any applicable Data Processing Agreement.

    4.3 Wayflyer has no obligation to retain or return any Inputs or Outputs following termination of these Terms.

    5. Acceptable Use

    5.1 You may use Wayflyer Intelligence solely for lawful internal business purposes in connection with your own business. You must not:

    • attempt to access or extract data relating to any other customer or third party;
    • use Wayflyer Intelligence to circumvent or replicate any other feature or service offered by Wayflyer;
    • attempt to probe, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit Wayflyer Intelligence or the underlying model; or
    • use Wayflyer Intelligence in any manner that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

    5.2 Wayflyer may suspend or terminate your access to Wayflyer Intelligence if it reasonably believes you are in breach of this clause.

    6. Feedback

    6.1 If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas relating to the Agent ("Feedback"), you grant Wayflyer a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that Feedback for any purpose, including to improve Wayflyer Intelligence or develop new products.

    7. General

    7.1 Wayflyer may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Wayflyer Intelligence following notice of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    7.2 These Terms are governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
