These terms apply to the 28-Day Payment Holiday Promotion organized by Wayflyer Limited t/a Wayflyer

1. Promotion Overview

  • This limited-time promotion offers eligible businesses a 28-day payment holiday on qualifying Wayflyer financing products originated during the Promotion period. During the payment holiday, the first scheduled repayment is deferred by 28 calendar days from the date of deployment of funds.

2. Promotion Period

  • Starts: 5 October 2026, 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time
  • Ends: Eligible financing agreements must be fully executed by 11:59 p.m. PT on October 16, 2026.
  • Funding deadline: Funds must be deployed within 30 days of approval; otherwise, eligibility may lapse.
  • Wayflyer reserves the right to shorten or extend the promotion period in its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility, Exclusions and Limitations

  • Only Wayflyer fixed-term financing products are eligible. US merchant cash advance products are excluded.
  • Businesses must satisfy all Wayflyer eligibility criteria, including: (i) business must not involve a restricted product (as determined by Wayflyer in its discretion); (ii) business must be trading for at least six (6) months and have generated at least $/AU$/£/€10,000 in monthly revenue in its most recent six (6) months of trading. Country, state or region-specific restrictions may apply.
  • New and reactivated customers are eligible.
  • Active renewals and Enterprise accounts are excluded unless expressly approved by Wayflyer in writing.

4. Credit and Underwriting Criteria

  • Eligibility is subject to Wayflyer’s standard underwriting and risk assessment.
  • Business must not have existing charges, liens or encumbrances over its business or assets.
  • Wayflyer may require additional information and may withdraw or deny eligibility at its sole discretion based on risk, fraud, or compliance considerations.
  • Customer must be approved for funding and meet all criteria set out above.

5. How the Payment Holiday Works

  • The first payment due date is deferred to the date that is 28 calendar days after the date of deployment of funds. All subsequent payments will follow the repayment schedule set out in the financing agreement.
  • Failure to make repayments when due after the deferred first payment date constitutes a “Termination Event” in accordance with the terms of the financing agreement.
