We’re proud to announce our partnership with Mercury — it’s another step in our mission to help the world’s best eCommerce businesses reach their potential.
Launched in 2017 and founded by Immad Akhund, Mercury is redefining banking for startups. Direct-to-consumer and eCommerce brands love Mercury: It’s easy to use, has features like API access and custom team management, and integrates with the tools brands are already utilizing.
Our partnership will help Mercury’s eCommerce customers access revenue-based financing, providing these companies with Wayflyer funding from $10k all the way to $20 million within days — check out the details here.
Mercury’s customers will also have access to Wayflyer’s analytics and marketing dashboard, where they can better understand their marketing performance and make clearer decisions about their budgets.
We also held two events to celebrate the launch with Mercury — one online and one in-person.
Our virtual event covered how to make the most of Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the rest of Q4. Wayflyer’s Dan O'Brien and Mercury’s Cian Wright were joined by fellow eCommerce experts Nick Shackelford (Structured Agency), Justin Seidenfeld (Doris.dev & Canopy), and Maxx Blank (Triple Whale) to discuss challenges and strategies for the rest of the year.
The webinar covered a lot of ground, from ad spend to supply chains. Watch a replay of the discussion on YouTube.
Then, on November 18th, Wayflyer and Mercury co-hosted an in-person event in New York City. We welcomed around 100 existing Wayflyer and Mercury customers and direct-to-consumer leaders to the stunning Lume Studios in Soho for an evening of networking, drinks, and entertainment.
We’re incredibly excited to be working with Mercury to help the next generation of direct-to-consumer and eCommerce brands grow. If you’re interested in learning more about the partnership, the type of capital we’ll be providing, and who is eligible, you can learn more here.
