**How does the commission structure work?**

You earn an upfront commission when your client's deal closes and funds are disbursed. You also earn commission on any additional capital deployments to your client within 12 months of their first funding date, with no additional submission required.

**What is the maximum deal size?**

eCommerce businesses are eligible for up to $20M. All other industries are eligible for up to $1M.

**Are there any additional fees?**

Wayflyer charges one transparent fee. We do not charge for loan originations, administrative costs, or for additional drawdowns.

**How quickly does Wayflyer make a decision?**

Most deals get a decision within 48 business hours of a complete submission. For strong profiles it can be faster. Your broker rep will keep you updated so you and your client are never left waiting without context.

**How long does onboarding take?**

Most brokers are onboarded within a couple of business days of their application being approved. You will get portal access, an introduction to your rep and everything you need to submit your first deal without delay.

**What if my client needs more capital?**

You can receive commissions on renewal deals if your client reapplies for capital within 12 months of their first funding date.

**What is your minimum deal size?**

Deals start from $10,000 (or the local currency equivalent). If you are not sure whether a specific client will qualify, your broker rep is happy to talk it through before you submit.
